Huntington Beach, California
Huntington beach is a less touristy vacation destination than neighboring Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. While neighboring towns have gone upscale, Huntington Beach has managed to keep some of the original low-key surfer charm that made this area famous. Huntington Beach is surfer central, and you'll also see bodybuilders, roller-bladers, and bikers walking down the promenade and in local restaurants and shops. All of this makes Huntington Beach the perfect destination for someone hoping to experience the California lifestyle on their vacation.
